SARI KETTUNEN ART FI17754626 (online shop) sells products to private persons and companies in Finland and the EU. We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices. All prices include the VAT.

Orders
Orders are collected from the online shop by adding the products to the shopping cart. The order is sent and the contract for the sale is created by selecting the payment method in the checkout function of the online store, accepting the contract terms and pressing “Place order”. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices and delivery costs. An order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation shows the ordered products and the price.
Payments
The online store offers the following payment options:
Payment when picking up the product by bank card, mobilepay or cash. The pick-up place is my studio at Svinhufvudinkatu 23 A, 15110 Lahti, Finland, unless otherwise agreed. Arrange a pick-up time by phone on +358 40 823 5532 or by email info@sarikettunenart.com
Payment directly to the store’s bank account. Please note that the delivery will only start when the payment is shown on our account.
Payment by credit card. We use WooPayments in cooperation with Stripe Inc. Stripe is an international widely used reliable operator and easy payment method. Stripe acts as the payment intermediary for all online store payments. The payment takes place directly on the online store’s website and you are not directed to another service. When you pay in our store with credit card payments offered by Stripe, you accept Stripe’s terms and conditions. Stripe forwards the payments to the online retailer. The transaction is created between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.
Payment in installments. Woopay, in cooperation with Klarna, also offers the option to pay for your purchase within 30 days or in three installments. You can familiarize yourself with Klarna’s terms and conditions here.
Payment is also possible with Apple pay and Google pay.
Shipping
Orders are delivered by Posti Group Oyj (business ID FI15318644) or by Matkahuolto Oy (buisness ID FI01113939). We deliver orders by letter or package. A tracking code will be sent to you by email.
Orders are being shipped during workdays. The delivery time for products delivered from the warehouse is usually 1-3 business days + the transit time of the mail. Some of the products are made to order, in which case the delivery time is mentioned in the product description. Shipping costs are defined by the selected delivery method, possible extra services, shipment weight and size. The shipping costs can be seen in the check-out functionality before confirming the order.
Please inform us without a delay – at least within 14 days – in case a product has lost or damaged in shipping. The logistics company must be also informed regarding any products damaged in shipping.
If you want to pick up your order yourself from our studio, Svinhufvudinkatu 23 A, 15110 Lahti, Finland. Arrange a pickup time by phone +358 40 823 5532 or email info@sarikettunenart.com. In this case, select Pickup/Local pickup as the delivery method.
Returns
The customer has a right to change or return ordered products during 14 days of receiving the order. The customer has a right to change or return all or part of the products in the order. The changed and returned products must be unused and in the original packaging. The products must be returned to the online stores premises or by post. The buyer is responsible for the return costs.If you wish to change or return products, please contact us first for the instructions. Please attach your name, contact details and your bank account number for receiving the refund.
The right of return does not apply to products that have been personalized according to the customer’s wishes.
The right of return does not apply to artworks that the customer has purchased at an exhibition, other sales event or from artist’s atelier, where he can thoroughly familiarize himself with the artwork before making the sale, even if the actual sales contract is made by using the order form of the online shopping platform.
Cancelling an order, defect liability and reclamations
Before the order is delivered, the order can be canceled with a written notification by e-mail or verbally when picking up the product.
The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law. Please contact the online shop immediately in a case of reclamation. The consumer has a right to file a dispute in the Consumer Disputes Board in a case of dispute between the online shop and the consumer.
