I am a sauna enthusiast. I take a sauna whenever I get the chance. The warmth of the sauna and the devout atmosphere of the sauna are appealing.
This piece began in Finland’s sauna capital, Tampere, where I spent Christmas 2019. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day sauna experiences in Rauhaniemi and Kaupinoja saunas were impressive. I joined the sauna enthusiasts at the latest at that time. The idea of a artwork is to praise the spirit of sauna. Later, the atmosphere of the artwork was complemented by an experience in the smoke saunas of Jämsä sauna village.
